Quotes are valid for 60 days.
May I stay overnight in the facility?
Overnight stays are not usually necessary, but arrangements can be made depending on certain procedures.
What methods of payments are acceptable?
Cashier's checks or cash are the methods preferred. Credit cards and personal checks are also accepted. Human resource departments or divisions of self-insured companies can make other arrangements if necessary.
Who will I pay?
All payments are made to Surgery Center of Enid. This will be due and collected at the time of surgery.
Can payment arrangements be made?
Payment in full is expected at the time service is rendered. However, payment arrangements can be made for those in need.
